Will Tasers Help or Hurt? A community forum being held in the EWEB training room at 500 East 4th avenue in Eugene. A pilot project to test Tasers as a new 'less-lethal' weapon for the  Eugene police officers will begin soon. The Use of Force Taser Policy Committee is helping draft a policy for the use of these devices during the pilot project and wants community input. For more information contact staff at 682-5852.
